How do I activate the foam shield from the control?
I filled the bottle and placed it in the toilet, but it’s not dispensing the foam. How do I get it to work ?
Hi. How to activate the automatic flush when toilet is used by male (pee) only. I mean off seat. The manual says press seat . 1 beep for turn it off and 2 beep for turning on , but when I press seat the cover and seat open without any beep .

2,check the water inlet pipes for any kinks or bends.
3,check the water pressure in your home is enough or not.
4, pour a bucket of water about 6 liters into the toilet and see if it has siphon effect. If not, it is possible that the drain pipe is clogged. Use a tool to unclog it.

doing: “ First, you say Hello Toilet, after it responds I AM Here, and then you say Open the Voice. This can turn on the voice identification,” how do you activate commands for toilet to perform. It is not working when ask it to close lid, open lid or flush.
You need to say Hello toilet to wake up the toilet before saying commands. For example, You want to open the lid, you need to say Hello toilet, after it responds, you say Open the lid.

Controller seems to not be working. I have changed batteries but the toilet is not responding to any of the functions

You can try pairing the remote with toilet. Rotate the side knob clockwise till hearing a beep sound, and immediately long press the Stop button on the remote until hearing a long beep.

Hi, put 2-3 pieces of foam tablets into the bottle that came with the toilet, then connect the bottle to the foam tube.
